The 44338 adapter enables a single trunk-line cable to connect an array-mounted digital EKO pyranometer to the SunSentry Solar Operational Meteorological Monitoring Station. The adapter remaps the pin assignments between the two interfaces so the pyranometer is fully compatible with the RS485CBL 24 AWG RS-485 Cable with M12 Five-Pin Connector in a daisy chain with other sensors. The 44338 routes the cable shield through the connector's coupling nut, improving surge protection and reducing signal noise for more reliable operation.
