What does the recruitment process involve?

Once applications have closed, shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Friday 9 July 2021 and invited to a webinar where we discuss the application process and get to know all of the shortlisted applicants.

There will be a questionnaire sent out afterwards to get some further information from you that we may not have ascertained from your initial application. We will use your responses to select candidates to move on to interview stage.

The interview stage consists of two interviews. The first being a customer service interview and the other, a technical interview involving a practical exercise you will be asked to complete prior to the interview. This gives you an opportunity to let your customer service and technical skills shine and also ask us any further questions about the opportunity.

After the interviews have concluded, we will appoint 1-2 graduates, who we will look to employ and begin work late 2020 / January 2022.
