Collecting data from a Morningstar Solar Regulator over IP

I have a CR1000X and a MS TS-60. I would like to capture data from the TS-60. The two are connect via IP through a network switch.. Need help getting started.

MSTS-60 is modbus device, There is a sample program for the DB9 version. With some modification it should work.
