We have 3 AWS based on CR-300-Cell datalogger. They are registered in the konectgds cloud for router service and the connection usi g Device Configuration utility runs just fine.
When we connect using PC400 interface, the process goes OK on the first connection.
However, after each PC400 shut down the saved connection does not run anymore, there is a connection failure. Once we edit the datalogger and go again through each step without modifying anything, the connection can be established.
It is annoyingbtondonthis everytime we want to connect. Please advise.
Make sure you are using the current version of PC400. Some old versions did not have support for IP connections through a Pakbus router.
