Hello,

Since few days ago I was downloading the data from my dataloggers with PC200 software. Now I'm using Loggernet > Main > Connect > Collect Now and appears the following error,

The server was unable to write to the file. Please make sure that the file is not already open and try again

If I'm not wrong I don't have anything open, somebody knows what's happening?? There is an option to download data and change its name ( to avoid overwriting data collected on previous occasions)?

Use the Loggernet > Setup application to change the output files under the 'Data Files' tab for that logger.
'Setup' application needs to be in 'Standard View' not 'EZ Simplified'. See it's menu under 'View'
